Category: Entree
Not especially cheap but a fairly quick way to make a reasonably healthy meal.
- 12 oz Package of Kroger's Stir-Fry Vegetables with Noodles
- 5 oz frozen broccoli
- 1 cup frozen edamame
- 4 oz Morning Star Meal Starters - Chik'N Strips
- 1-2 tbs Canola Oil
- 2 tbs Soy Sauce
- 2 tbs Hoisin or other
- Salt and/or pepper to taste
Put cast iron skillet onto burner and heat on medium for 3 minutes. Put stir-fry vegetables, broccoli, and frozen edamame in bowl with a couple of tablespoons of water. Cover and microwave for 7 minutes, stirring half-way between.
When skillet is hot, add the oil and Chik'N Strips and cook until heated all the way through. Once the vegetables have been microwaved, add then to the skillet and continue stir-frying until everything is done. Add soy sauce and other seasonings.
