Zucchini Squash

  • 1 medium squash (just under 1 lb)
  • 1 tbs butter, unsalted
  • 2 tbs Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbs bread crumbs
  • 1 tbs fresh basil
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • salt, to taste

Cut squash in 1/2 and put in boiling water for 4 minutes.

Mix remaining ingredients and put over squash. Put under boiler until brown (2-3 minutes).
