Yogsicles
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking

- 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
- 6 oz pineapple juice concentrate, frozen
- water
Mix yogurt and pineapple juice. Add enough water to make 3 cups.
Freeze in small paper cups with wooden sticks or in plastic Popsicle molds.
Other flavors of frozen juice may be substituted.
