Wham Beef Balls
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking

- 1 1/4 cup wham
- 3 3/4 cup soya beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs (or 4 egg whites)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 3 cups milk
Mix all together. Make into small balls. Place on Pam'd baking sheet. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
