Vegetable Quiche

- 1 cup broccoli, cut into tiny flowerets
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1 cup froush tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/16 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp rosemary, crumbled
- 4 oz swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 1/3 cup milk
- 6 egg whites
- 1 tsp sherry
Mix together milk, egg, and sherry.
Cook remaining ingredients (except cheese) for 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender crisp. Spoon into prepared crust.
Sprinkle cheese over vegetable.
Pour milk mix over cheese and vegetables.
Bake 45 minutes or until set.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
