Vegetable Cheese Pie

- bread crumbs
- butter
- cooked vegetables (i.e. carrots, tomatoes, onions, celery, etc)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- grated cheese
Make crust with bread crumbs and butter.
Place cooked vegetables in crust.
Mix eggs and milk until foamy, pour over vegetables.
Bake 1/2 - 1 hr.
Add grated cheese just before it is done.
