Tofu Patties
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking

- 16 oz tofu, firm
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tbs carrot, grated
- 1/4 cup nuts, chopped
- 2-3 tbs chicken seasoning
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 tbs brewers yeast
- 1 tbs wheat germ
- 1/4 cup oats
Mix all ingredients and shape into patties and fry. Serve with cranberries.
