The Big Mac
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 med onion, minced
- 4 tbs evaporated milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tbs soy sauce
Mix ingredients together and fry in oiled skillet. Cover while cooking 1st side uncover for 2nd side.
