Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

- 2 cups fresh basil
- 3-5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 5-6 tbs olive oil
- 6 oz oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Blond everything but the olive oil and process until finely chopped. Stir in olive oil and serve.
