Stuffed Shells

- 12 oz jumbo shells
- 2 lbs ricotta cheese
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3 cups spaghetti sauce
Boil shells for 12 minutes, drain.
Filling:
Mix together cheeses, salt, and garlic powder.
In 9 X 13 pan spread 1/2 cup sauce, fill shells, layer 1/2 of the filled shells in baking dish. Spread 1/2 remaining sauce over shells. Layer remaining shells and cover with sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan, if desired. Cover with foil.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
