Stir-Fry
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking

- 1 cup water
- 2 tbs cornstarch
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 3 pkg George Washington Broth
- 4 tbs ginger, grated
- 5 garlic, minced
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- broccoli
- carrots
- green onions
- mushrooms
- tofu (or dinner cuts)
- water chestnuts
Combine water, cornstarch, soy sauce, broth and set aside.
Saute ginger, garlic, and 2 tbs soy sauce then add vegetables, tofu, and sauce.
