Soy Marinade
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbs ginger, grated
- 3 tbs honey
- 2 lb tofu, cubed
Marinate tofu in ingredients for several hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hr. Serve with rice, vegetables and soy sauce.
