Rice and Peas

- 2 cups basmati rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup peas
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbs oil
- 1 tsp white cumin
Warm oil, add cumin, brown cumin. Cool to warm, add to cooking rice, stir.
