Protein Bars

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Melt top 3 ingredients over low heat. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix and refrigerate. Cut into bars.

Serving Size: 1 piece
Servings Per Recipe: 25 pieces

Note: for this calculation used 1 cup sunflower instead of 1/2 cup sunflower and 1/2 cup sesame seeds. Also, used walnuts for the 1 cup nuts.
