Princess Loaf
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking

- 3 cups bread crumbs, fresh
- 6 cups brown rice, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups walnuts
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3 cans milk
- 2 tbs oil
- 3 tsp salt
Mix ingredients. Put into 9 X 13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hr. or until set. Serve with gravy.
