Potato Salad 2

Boil red potatoes until they are well done. Peeling them is optional. The salad tastes the same with or without the skins. Dice the potatoes into a mixing bowl, after every 2 or 3 potatoes sprinkle with the following seasonings
- salt
- seasoning salt
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- celery salt
- celery powder
- dill week - use a little less dill then the other seasonings
- dried parsley
It is best to do the above while the potatoes are still warm from cooking. Mom always told me this makes the flavors blend better.
Hard boil eggs. Dice up the eggs and add to the above.
The sauce is made of the following:
- sour cream
- mayonnaise - not quite as much as sour cream
- milk
- lemon juice
- and a little water if you are all done and still want a little more moisture
I usually slice up one or two hard boiled eggs on the top
