Penuche Icing
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking

- 1 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Cup white sugar
- 2 Tablespoon Karo corn syrup
- 3/4 Cup milk
- 1/2 Cup butter
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
Add all ingredients in saucepan. Boil two minutes. Beat until thick enough to spread. Immediately put on cake.
