Peanut Butter Cookies 2

  • 1/2 Cup margarine
  • 1/2 Cup peanut butter, I like Adam's best
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/4 Cup flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, water and vanilla. Add dry ingredients; blend into creamed mixture. Shape in 1 inch balls.Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press each ball flat and make crisscross marks on top with fork tines. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes. Makes 15.
