Oatmeal with Apples, Walnuts, and Cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Soy Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 medium Apple
  • 2 tbs Walnuts
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • Cinnamon, to taste

Mix water, soy milk and oats together in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 3 minutes on 1/2 power. Stir and microwave for another 2 minutes on 1/2 power.

Peel, core and chop apple. Chop walnuts. Mix apples, walnuts, and sugar into oatmeal. Top with a sprinkling on cinnamon.
