Mushroom Quiche

- 1 1/2 cup canned milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups cheese, grated
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 3 tbs sunflower seeds
- dash salt
- dash onion powder
- dash celery salt
- dash celery seeds
- dash parsley
Cook mushrooms in skillet until liquid has evaporated.
Combine remaining ingredients and bake in unbaked pie crust 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees for 45 more minutes.
