Muesli 2
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking

- 3 cups oats
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 20 oz pineapple with juice, crushed
- 1 apple with skins, grated
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 3 tbs coconut, toasted
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
Mix together oats and salt. Then add pineapple. Mix together with apple, vanilla, raisins, almonds, coconut, and blueberries.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until cold.
Very good 2nd or 3rd day.
