Mommy's Granola
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking

- 8 cups oats
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 cups pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 Teaspoon vanilla
Place on 2 cookie sheets and pat down. Bake at 200 degrees for perhaps 6 hours. The coconut should be toasted when done.
Store in airtight container.
