- 1 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 1/2 cup yogurt or buttermilk
- 1 med clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup scallions, finely minced
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely-minced
- to taste salt
- 1 dash cayenne
- dash paprika and tamari
- 1/2 tsp cumin
