Jaeger's Potato Dish

- 2 2/3 cup frozen Potatoes O'Brien (About 2/3 regular size bag)
- 3 tbs Olive oil.
- 3 Several cloves of garlic.
- 1 sprig fresh Rosemary (or 1/4 tsp dried rosemary)
- 1 red bell pepper.
- 3/4 of a jalapeño pepper. (I should have used more; this was my first time cooking with jalapeños so I wasn't sure how much to use.)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
Serve with some combination of:
- Grated cheese
- Ketchup
- Salsa
In a large electric skillet, sauté the pressed garlic and chopped jalapeños. Add the potatoes O'Brien, salt to taste, and add rosemary. Chop the red bell pepper and add to the skillet. Cook until done. The directions on the frozen food may prove useful. Serve with the ingredients listed above.
