Iced Chai

Serves: 4
- 6 cups water
- 8 bags Celestial Seasonings Chai
- Ground Cloves
- half and half
- lots of sugar
- Ice
Boil water, add tea bags and steep for 5+ minutes. Strain out the tea bags. Add allspcie and sugar to taste. Heat until everything is completely dissolved. Cool chai. Put ice into glasses, and pour chai till 3/4 full. For each glass, pour 1/4 cup half and half.
Offered suggestions: Next time try adding additional cinnamon (?) or cardamon (?). Be careful to avoid making it taste too much like apple cider.
