- 4 cups vital gluten #14140
- 1 tsp season salt
- 3 tbs brewer's yeast flakes
- 3 tbs McKay seasonings
- 1 tsp garlic and onion powder
- 3 cups water
Combine flour and just enough water to make a heavy dough. Cut in 4" rounds boil in broth for 30 minutes.
