Gluten
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking

- 2 1/2 cup gluten flour
- 1-2 tbs seasonings (i.e. McKay's)
- 1 med onion, chopped fine
- 1 1/2 cup water
Mix into ball, knead, form into french roll, cut, form with hands, pat out. See gluten broth recipe. Add 1/2 the patties and simmer 45 minutes. Add water as needed.
