Garbanzo Sandwich Filling

- 1 can garbanzos
- 1 can olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery
- onion, chopped to taste
- 1 tbs lemon juice, to taste
- 1 tbs chicken seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
Mash garbanzos, but do not puree. Add other ingredients. Add enough water to get the correct consistency. Especially good on Pita bread.
