Fruit Salad with Yogurt Sauce
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking
- 1 medium Apple, unpeeled and chopped
- 1 medium Pear, unpeeled and chopped
- 1 medium Banana, sliced
- 2 tbs Walnuts, chopped
- 2 tsp Orange Juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Orange Peel
- 3 oz Plain Nonfat Yogurt (about 6 tbs)
Lightly toast walnuts.
Mix together orange juice, sugar, orange peel and yogurt.
Mix together fruit, yogurt mixture and walnuts, divide into 2 bowls and serve.
