Fresh Fruit Cobbler

- 6 tbs butter, unsalted
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Fresh fruit: peaches, berries, apricots etc.
Melt butter in a 9 X 13 pan in oven on or microwave. Mix flour, sugar, milk and baking powder. pour around in melted butter. Place fruit on top. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Makes own crust.
