Falafel
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking

- 4 cups chickpeas, cooked
- 1 cup celery (or 1/2 cup celery and 1/2 cup scallions)
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbs tamari
- 3 tbs bread crumbs, fine
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
Mix in Cuisinart until smooth. chill well. Form into small balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
