Egg Fu Yong

- 2-3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp flour
- salt
- carrots, grated
- celery, finely chopped
- bean sprouts or left over vegetables
- water ketchup
- water
- corn starch
- soy sauce
- ginger
Form eggs, flour, salt, carrots, celery and bean sprounts/vegetables into patties and fry.
Cook ketchup, water, corn starch, soy sauce, and ginger together. Pour over patties.
