Coconut Balls

- 2 lbs Powdered Sugar
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
- 28 oz Coconut
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 7oz jar Marshmallow Cream
- 56 oz chocolate flavored melting candy or tempered dark chocolate*
Mix well. Make into small balls, and dip into melted dipping chocolate.
Here is a dairy-free version to try.
