Cheese Nut Olive Spread

- 1/2 lb cottage cheese
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/4 can olives, chopped
Combine all ingredients. Mix with milk or mayonnaise to make a spreading consistency.
Yields 1 1/2 cup
Serve in pita bread.
