Cashew Timbals
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking

- 1 cup Tenderbits, chopped
- 1 cup Cashews, chopped
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 1/2 can mushroom soup
- 3 tbs soy flour
- salt
- 1 sm can mushrooms
Mix all together, form into croquets. Roll in cornflake crumbs, and bake at 350 degrees for about thirty minutes.
