Carob Squares (Fudge)

- 4 cups date or malt-sweetened carob chips
- 1 cup natural almond butter
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 cup raisins
Heat carob chips and almond butter over low heat, just until chips begin to melt. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts and raisins, mix well. Press into a 9 X 13 pan and chill. Makes 32 pieces.
