Carob Icing
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking

- 1/2 Cup margarine
- 3 Tablespoon carob, or 4 Tablespoon cocoa
- 6 Tablespoon canned milk, or regular milk
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pound powdered sugar
Mix together all but sugar. Bring to a boil. Add sugar. Beat until smooth and pour on Carob sheet cake while hot.
