Buttermilk Waffles

- 6 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1 cup oil
- 4 cups buttermilk
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tbs sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
High Altitude:
Only use 1 1/2tsp baking powder and 3/4 tsp baking soda.
Mix liquid and dry separately then together. Mix until just blended. Fold in egg whites. Bake in hot waffle iron.
