- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes, drained
- 4 tbs chopped parsley (recipe says use fresh parsley)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 6 tbs olive oil
In a food processor, blend all ingredients.
