Asparagus

- 1 lb thin asparagus
- 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 oz parmesan cheese
- black pepper and salt to taste
- balsamic vinegar, to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place asparagus on a baking shet. Drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat. Arrange asparagus in single layer. Spread Parmesan cheese over asparagus and season with black pepper. Bake until cheese is melted and asparagus is tender but crisp. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
